PROGRAMS & SERVICES
As the leading provider of social and economic services for youth and families in multi-ethnic Historic Filipinotown, SIPA plays a vital role in the local community.

The programs and services we offer fall into two categories: Health & Human Services and Community Economic Development.  Within each, we provide a comprehensive array of programs designed to meet the needs of youth, families and individuals.

Health and Human Services includes Counseling & Case Management and Afterschool Enichment activities. Within the realm of Community Economic Developmet, affordable housing, small business development, and financial literacy activities are conducted.  Additionally, Community Outreach, Education, & Advocacy - currently housed under Community Economic Development - coordinates a variety of tasks including a tobacco retail licensing campaign as well as telecommuniations education and assistance in multiple languages and a voter mobilization program.

Our goal is to provide innovative programs that will inspire and empower youth to make smart choices, bring families together, and ultimately, revitalize the community.
